• No general cancellation/refund. Refunds are only considered if the selected pathology/diagnostic center denies or cannot deliver the booked test/appointment.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines).
• For rescheduling or sample collection queries, contact the selected pathology/diagnostic center directly. For payment issues, contact PathologyHub support.
• Any convenience fee/charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

Hindi सारांश: रिफंड सामान्यतः नहीं मिलता। केवल तभी जब चुनी गई लैब/डायग्नोस्टिक सेवा देने से मना करे, तब मूल भुगतान विधि में 5–10 कार्यदिवस में रिफंड की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी (गेटवे/बैंक समय के अनुसार)।
